My wife and I lived there for about 7 months.
The manager, Kim Hackler, was great! She is very nice, responsible for all resident s affairs; so helpful, respectful and smart.
However, the staffs are good and we had a good time with them.
The apartment was so clean, big, no roaches and no mice.
The main problem for Barcelona is the rent price.
It is too expensive.
However, they have installed washer and drier inside of all apartments.
Also, they usually never return back the deposit and cause some irrelevant expenses after you move out!
The safety is not so good, but acceptable.
Someone broke my car window and steal some of my stuff.
