not the worst but was unhappy living here.

apartments are old.

looked at show apartment before moving in, signed lease without seeing actual unit.

my mistake, my jaw dropped when we saw the apartment for the first time.

Filthy,roaches, peeling wallpaper, rusty sinks and tub, very old appliances, the brown and yellow theme is outdated,grease all over walls in kitchen, food in stove pans, finding pubic hair in the "clean" fridge realy says welcome to your new home.

This is a gated apartment complex, but NOT a fenced one.

gates are at entry.

the rest of the place is open.

These did not stop someone from walking up and breaking into my car.

Very cold and drafty in winter.

the windows leak so much air the blinds move constantly.

electric bills were huge.

Floors are unlevel(up stairs), had to put 1 inch blocks under tv to keep it from falling over.

laundry rooms are just scary.

when i lived there it was very quiet, because 6 of the 8 units in my building were empty.

Maintnence is good, they fix things fast, which is good because it breaks often.

Office staff is friendly and helpful.

The shower water pressure will throw you against the wall(this is good thing).

Priviate balconies are nice.Floor plans are quite large.

grounds look nice and are well maintained.

case mgmt just doesnt put any money into the interior of the apartments.

Never had any of the problems with case mgmt others speak of.

Got most of my deposit back no problem.

Look for housing elsewhere, get a smaller nicer apartment in better area for same or less money
