It was my first apartment. So i was going to be happy with anything away from home. But now that I have had time to sit back and think about it. They arent very nice. I had a 2 story townhouse, and the "fix-it" guys were morons. They never fixed anything right. Parking was a pain and the noise at night was hard to deal with sometimes. Just young groups in their cars decide its cool to rev engines and blare music at 2 in the morning. and the staff does nothing about it. And if someone takes your designated parking spot (which happend all the time) you were supposed to call the office and they would take care of it (which they NEVER did) There are nicer places at there for the money people!

I like the neighborhood, and the parking is always open and never crowded. Someone parked in my spot once and I left them a nice note and they didn't do it again, but my lease says I should call this towing company if someone is in my spot and they come get it at the car owners expense. I've never called the office about it though. My place is pretty quiet and I am on the main road of 65th...sometimes I can hear the neighbor in the afternoon doing their areobics workout or something, but never at night...the residents here are really good...I mean a nice "class" of people...the standards to get in are sorta hard to get in and that makes the residents a litte better I think.
