I havent lived here long enough for my lease to be up, but I can tell this much, it will NOT BE renewed. The dryer barely works, the roof leaks, the shower leaks, air practically pours in through the cheap weathering strips on the doors and windows, and the carpet is not layed down properly, or even glued to the floor. You can literally pull it up several feet on almost every corner. The maintenance men, especially the younger one is extremely rude and has even yelled at me for not answering my door on time when I was in the shower. The cars here are continuously vandalised, and the glass is never cleaned up. I have gone through nearly two tires living here. The people below me are also continuously noisy, and always make the complaints on me, after they bang my celing with broom sticks. For nearly 650 dollars a month, I should not feel as if I am living on 11th street.

Someone else bought the place since then and the Maintainance is FABULOUS...they call you back the week after you call in something wrong to make sure it was taken care of.
