My AC unit hasn't worked for 4 years that I have lived here. The lazy maintenance staff claims nothing is wrong although you cant feel any air coming out of the vents. My electric bill is running 320.00 this summer and for the price I pay for rent this place is lousy. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. As someone else posted. The snacks are only for new residents now. The pools have been shut down most of the summer. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT MOVE HERE...

Why have you stayed there for 4 years if it's so bad. Weren't the pools being renovated for ther residents sake? Snacks are for PROSPECTS...Didn't I hear that they have Breakfast for the residents EVERY Saturday; and a resident event every month for the residents? |
