I moved here in 2004 and have renewed twice now. I love the atmosphere and the location. The managment recently changed and they are really great. The maintaniance is really sharp, and the office is nice people. I have looked around and have not found another place with all of the stuff that they offer here for the price and quality I have here. I love it and will stay here until my kids are too big and I have to transfer to a 3 bedroom that they have here. The schools are great; that is originally why we moved here. Union is a great school system. My kids really love all the friends they have made here and all the events the Barrington hosts for them. I highly recommend the Barrington if you are single, just starting out, or have a family!!

The maintenance here is not very sharp at all. When something needs to be fixed I have to call them multiple times and even then when they come to fix it they do a terrible job and have to be called out again to refix it. The office staff is not very friendly at all and since the new management has taken over I have not seen any improvement whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
