I have had an overall good experience living here. When I moved in, my apt. and initial maintenence list got lost in the management switch. I signed up under Sentinel, but by the time I moved in, they had switched over to Case and assoc. I had to call in new maintenence orders, but eventually they got everything fixed. They replaced my dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Maintenence is usually very prompt. They will come at least w/in the next few days. Sometimes i have to call the request in again. The office even does follow up calls to see if everything got taken care of to your satisfaction. I have had my tiolet clog several times, but they always come fix it the same day.
The breakfast on Saturdays is nothing special. The pools are kept clean and are not crowded.
If you plan on moving here, bring wasp spray! The wasps love the porches and balconies. Mostly the only bugs I see inside are spiders and silverfish. No roaches, ants or anything like that. They do have pest control that can come out as often as every week if you wish.
I rarely hear my neighbors and if I do it's only their tv. This is a quiet neighborhood. I think most people here go to work during the day, so noone is hanging around while you're gone. Mostly single working people, and families.
I recommend living here.
