Don't move here.

I am currently living at The Barrington Apartments. I've been here for four months, and during the first week my roommates and I lived here, my roommate's truck (along with two other vehicles in the apartment complex) was broken in to. Where security was, I don't know. Also, due to a break in prior to my living in my apartment, my front door is damaged and is very difficult to get into. I requested it be repaired about three months ago. It still hasn't been repaired. This is probably due to the fact that the manager I spoke to has since been replaced a couple of times.
Also, the upstairs bathtub started to leak into the dining room downstairs, so we immediately called the office about it. The maint. "fixed" it by sealing the leak. Twice. Finally, on the third call, the maint. checked the bathroom and repaired it. It only took a month to get that fixed.
Another thing that seems to be too difficult to fix would be the downstairs toilet. We called the office on Sunday (of this week) and they said they'd send someone on Monday. Well, its Friday and the toilet is still not fixed.
Also, a smaller problem, we are now on our third screen door. Due to improper installation, our screen doors keep breaking right off the hinges. Its been three weeks since we've called about that and we are still without a screen door.
All in all, I will not be renewing my lease and I would definately NOT recommend anyone live here.
