We initally moved into our 3 bedroom townhouse in January of 2007. Even though we signed a year lease we moved out within 6 months. We had a terrible problem with roaches and we even noticed them the day we moved in (we wrote it on our checklist). I would not recommend living here. I think it is going downhill, if it was ever good to begin with. We bought a home in June and haven't seen a roach since! In addition to the roaches, the carpeting was in terrible shape and we had to have maintenance come several times for various problems. I have never been happier to move out of an apartment!!!!
