When I moved into the Blair, it was amazing! Damien, the old prop manager was very nice to everyone, always had time to talk and work out problems. Everyone who lived there was easy-going and it had a nice 20's vibe, with the indoor mailroom, the buzzer system and all over feel. I made friends with many tennants over the years. Another perk was the bar, Cellar Dwellar, within walking distance! No need to need a DD!! I lived there 3 years in 3 diff apartments. Then the last 6 months of my lease, they hired John..Lame. He banned smoking in the smoking apts.,((which didnt work out because he didnt ask the owners before doing this,there was a mutiny and we won our right to smoke back)) he was rude EveryTime I came into contact w. him. Either he isnt a people person, or hes just an up-tight snooty pud. That is the whole reason I moved out!!
