The best thing about these apartments is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. But other than that, they suck. There is ALWAYS some crazy outside doing something- playing music loudly, yelling, screaming, riding four wheelers all over the grounds. I witnessed a party going on outside one of the apartments at 4 in the morning on a week night. Children and adults are constantly sitting, playing, talking literally on our doorstep. There's never anywhere to park, although there is a little more parking lately. They've stripped the lot and people tend to take up only one space now instead of 2 or 3 or even parking in there diagonally. The dumpsters overflow with junk and I've seen children playing on and in the trash. There's tons of kids in that complex and they never have parental supervision. And there's dumpster divers everywhere!! I will say I have seen some improvments recently but still, I wouldn't recommend moving there.
