Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I did not feel safe at the apartment. Maintenance requests were either never completed or took several months to complete. Laundry facilites were poorly maintained and rarely worked.
Sent a bill for money owed after I moved out. I owed money for carpet cleaning due to a pet, but I didn't own a pet. They also tried to charge me for 8 days of extended rent after my lease was up.
