hot water...you're dreaming From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   When you pay your water bill you come to expect certain things...like water. But not at Braden Creek. I did not have hot water for the first week of Jan. I called the office multiple times and they refused to call me back and then told me that no one was in the office even though i walked by and saw them sitting in the office eating donuts. this place is a joke. The noise is ridiculous. Gunshots and screaming can be heard all night and good luck getting security to quiet your neighbors down. If you move here be prepared to hear your floor vibrate because the music is so loud and have crackheads come in off the street and knock on your door in the middle of the night. The staff is horrible and you have to get irate with them before they even attempt to fix a problem. unless your rent is late...then they stalk you like you have commited a federal offense. basically, this place sucks. probably one of the worst in tulsa.
