I AM A RESIDENT OF BRADEN CREEK. IT IS NOT THAT BAD. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR YEARS.
IF SOMEONE PLAYS LOUD MUSIC YOU REPORT IT AND THEY WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AT LEAST THEY DID WHEN I CALLED THEM. AS FOR AS FIXING THINGS THEY COME AND FIX IT. I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY CARPET DAMAGE OR NOTHING OF THE SORTS. IF YOU HAVE NOISY NEIGHBORS YOU CALL SECURITY THEY WILL HANDLE THE PROBLEM. I DID. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

To the person that responded to this review, you must be one of those people that never is satisfied with anything, you want perfection buy a house! Otherwise realize that apartments arent perfect and as far as im concerned this is the best place for the money. and NO I didnt get paid to say it!

No apartment is perfect. You have to make due with what you have. I live near the office and pool and I have no complaints.
