I have lived here since the year 2000 and I love it, I feel safe here and I have never (to date) had a problem with any one bothering me. My rent hasnt been raised since I have moved here and I dont know why everyone says the maintenance is bad because they always come when I need something. The girls in the office are sweet to me and they know me by my first name. I love Francis the mgr, she is a total sweetheart! I had noisy neighbors above me that were UNLIVABLE and all I had to do was tell management and I dont know what they did because my neighbors are quiet now, and if I have any issues with anyone, I just tell them and they fix it, they seem to want to make me happy, and they do cuz if I wasnt happy I would move. They put in our own hot water tanks and it's so much better, the hot water is excellent! It just seems like when I need something they are right there, everyone is friendly and I cant understand why anyone would talk about this place bad, the only reason is maybe they are hateful to the staff and dont pay the rent I just cant figure it out. I love it that we have security and occasional drive thru cops, yes my car alarm has gone off a few times but that happens anywhere and if I need security they are right there on the ball. I needed a handicap sign and they got one for me, I need this or I need that and they are right there. I have my lease coming up and I plan to renew because I have been looking around ONLY because I was interested in a W/D hookup but the prices are so expensive everywhere else I just cant see moving for less space. Some one was complaining about losing closet space because of the hotwater heaters, boo hoo get a life! I used that opportunity to clean and organize my closet space, worked out fine! My opinion is: YOU CAN PICK ANYTHING APART, FIND THE GOOD THINGS AND WORK WITH IT, STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT SMALL STUFF AND REALIZE YOU IN AN APARTMENT COMMUNITY AND GO WITH IT! If you want the Hilton go rent a room! Oh yeah one more thing I have NO BUGS!!!!! I dont know about anyone else but the ONLY time I have seen ANY bugs is when some filthy dirty people above me moved out and I counted 2 or 3 roaches, they might have been water bugs but nevertheless I went to walmart and bought some combats and never saw them again, this was over 3 years ago! Keep ur trash taken out and keep your unit clean and you wont see bugs! Move in, they are wonderful, if you work with and are nice and patient with people they can be ur best friends, if u expect things to happen yesterday you will be disapointed, but in all honesty, they are wonderful, or I would have moved out a long time ago

Second, I signed a lease that provided me with a linen closet and paid for hot water. I no longer have a place to put my towels and sheets and other linens. Maybe you don't own any of these things, and that is fine, but don't tell ME to get a life. In addition, these fine new water heaters add about $600 a year to a light bill, that was estimated to be that much less at the time of lease signing. You seem like either someone who works here, or has so little of a life yourself that you have to resort to hanging out with the apartment management staff. I see you rated parking 4 stars and safety 3 . As I write this letter at this moment; my car is blocked in by about 10 crackheads and their cars. So I don't know where in this complex you live, but in the front end where I live it is neither safe nor is the parking 4 star! Maybe you need to take a walk around this complex at night and find out where you REALLY live!! In the future, I suggest you be more careful about things that you post, because making uninformed statements like the ones you have made here makes you look a bit ridiculous. I think people, especially ones with small children, should NEVER MOVE HERE!! It is unsafe and the ONLY thing the management ever expresses concern about is if you are 2 days late on your rent.

YOU TELL 'EM!!!!! I AM A TENANT HERE TOO AND LOVE IT HERE, HAVE HAD SOME PROBLEMS BUT I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. IT'S FUNNY HOW CERTAIN PEOPLE THINK THAT JUST BECAUSE WE ARE HAPPY AT A CERTAIN PLACE THAT WE ARE FRIENDS AND HANG OUT WITH THE "OFFICE STAFF". OMG THAT IS JUST TOO FUNNY, CHANCES ARE, THIS PERSON IS LATE ON RENT AND HAS GOTTEN NOTICES ON THEIR DOOR, AND IT PISSED THEM OFF TO HEAR THE POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT IT. A LIFE?? YES IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE A LIFE AND BE HAPPY IN AN APARTMENT COMMUNITY. ALL THE THINGS THAT THIS PERSON COMPLAINS ABOUT ARE CRAP AND I AM WITH YOU ON THE UTILITY BILLS, BECAUSE THEY ARE MONEY SAVING HOT WATER HEATERS AND MY BILL HASNT GONE UP EITHER. My girlfriend has lived there for almost 2 years and unfortunately they have raised her rent twice. I have lived there almost a year and I have the same rent. We both live near the office and no problems with parking nor do we feel unsafe.
