Good for the cheap rent

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
The rent is very cheap, but, the neighbors are noisy, and there is some crime. I know of a couple break ins/attempted break ins (one was the apartment below mine) and someone tried to steal my motorcycle from the parking lot. The maintenance is average at best.

But, what do you expect for under $400'
