This is the 2nd time I've lived in these apartments, I liked it so much!!!! It is bar none the best deal in town for a single adult. I pay $415mo. for 725sq ft. 1bed 1bath. I moved from Tulsa to San Diego, $415 wont buy 2 nights at the motel 6. As you see I liked it here so much, I came back no Q's asked. Unfortunately, it does differ when it comes to areas of the complex, like anywhere else. Some neighbors are worse than others. I cant afford the luxury apt lifestyle, if i could afford it i would much rather spend that kind of rent on a house. The management is as nice as you treat them, they treat me well. I like them.

Yes I fully agree with you, I have been here for a total of 9 years and I love it, granted, it's not luxury but to me it's home and I am comfortable here. I love the way that the office staff treats me and to me if you show repect you will get respect. I ask for maint. they are here, I ask for security they are here, it's so nice to see that others appreciate it as well. Welcome back to Oklahoma, I used to live in California, (culver city) but havent been there in years and to tell you the truth I love it in the midwest! Welcome back! :)

I love the maintenance. They come the same day if not they make it out early the next morning. The office staff goes out of their way to help you in any way possible. I am very happy here and not planning on moving until I can get mine own house.
