Me and my wife live here and in the three months we havent see 1 bug anywhere. the apartment is very clean, and when our ac went out at midnight they came out and gave us a window unit until it was fixed. the people in the reviews that complain must have been kicked out or bad residients. the noise is not bad and the management is ran very well. i would like to find anywhere else as good as braden creek for the price. if you live here and dont like it your either high maintenence or a jerk.

Yeah bug free, but were not high maintenance. Is wrong to want light in the kitchen? We didn't have it for two weeks! No hot water for weeks! and that's only the beginning. One of our neighbors didn't have hot water or electricity for a week, and not because he was late on the bills. AND not that it's their fault but my car stereo got ripped out in broad daylight and we have heard gun shots twice. We repeatedly asked them to fix the first two things and nothing...until I called the BBB. Now things are better.
