 Ok, when I first moved in, maintenance was really good about coming out and fixing things. The office manager pretty much ran her "own" hours, meaning she'd be in whenever she felt like it, but...whatever. Also when I moved in, ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
