From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 2 photos   Apartments are older with some damage to apartments. Example when I moved in there was cigarette burns to the bathroom counters and other issues that did not seem important to maintance to fix. Maintance keeps grounds pretty clean on week days. But maintance is slow to fix problems. I personally am still waiting on a problem that I complained about almost 3 yrs ago! Maintance still claims "They will get to it but are busy". Used to be pretty quiet around here but the last few months younger louder "kids" are moving in with loud music, fights, and parties! Complained and it has quieted down a bit but still dealing with loud music. Had my vehicle stolen twice from parking lot. My husbands vehicle has been vandlized and had the stereo system stolen.
