| | Apartments are older with some damage to apartments. Example when I moved in there
was cigarette burns to the bathroom counters and other issues that did not seem
important to maintance to fix. Maintance keeps grounds pretty clean on week days.

| | moving into these apartments. The grounds are EXTREMELY clean, there were lots of nice looking families with toddlers/babies/etc in the well kept pool, no junk cars or people hanging out in the parking lots loitering, the price is definitely right ... more |
