Rent was cheap, and they were pretty good about fixing stuff, but, you can hear the downstairs neighbors, and all the neighbors through the walls. When you move out they'll overcharge you on stuff, and not only will you not get your deposit back, but they'll send you a bill that you can't read. Cause it's a carbon copy, on like the very last page, and you can't tell it's a bill. It looked like they were going to send me 30 bucks. But, it turns out they wanted the 30 bucks, and turned me over to collection agency.
