I wake up nearly every night to either sirens, search helicopters,gunshots, domestic disputes or roaches crawling on me in my bed.

I've managed through 10 months of a 12 month lease.

My car has been broken into TWICE! Once when there was nothing of value left in it.

When our apartment was flooded from upstairs the SECOND time, maintenance informed us that they did not have a key for the apartment above.

The apartment has been sprayed for roaches numerous times, to no avail.
