Foreals.

Do not live here! Too bad we have our lease for a year! My husband and I have been living here for 3 months.

They lag on maintenance! Before we even moved in, they postponed our move in date because they said they had more things to fix and when we moved in the things they said they were gonna fix were STILL BROKEN and still to this day! We live on the first floor and the front sliding doors don't lock! & the handle is broken.

The dishwasher is flooded w/ dirty water and dead cockroaches! the bathroom sink is basically shattered (as in pieces of the tiles/ceramics are gone) the bedroom vent is so full of dust when the heater or ac is put on, you won't feel it in the room..

the vent/fan for the stove doesn't even work! and the worst thing of all there is COCKROACHES.

not just in the dark, during the day you will see them crawling around on the carpet, walls and on the counters there is POOP everywhere.

no matter how clean you keep it it is always dirty filled with cockroaches..

this is the worse apartment I have ever lived in, although it is my first apartment here in TULSA! Thank GOD we are going to move out as soon as we find a house and everything goes through! Take it from me they have the worst in everything.

Our upstairs neighbor is moving out and they have only been here for 2 months w/ the same problem plus there hot water pump for the bathroom doesn't work!
