I lived there for 1 year. It was my first time to live in Tulsa by myself. I was literally scared every night when i went to sleep. People would bang on my door at 2 or 3 in the morning. People would have parties and i would have to park like a block from my apartment.I quickly became a minority in my area. I was the only one who spoke English. As the last post said cops say don't live there. I don't recommend it at all. Keep looking.
