I would NOT recommend living here at all. Anytime I call management for an issue I can never reach a person in the office but I either get no answer or an answering services instead. I've been living here for well over a year and my apartment has been infested with cockroaches ever since I moved in. I told management about the cockroaches the day I moved in when I saw one crawling on the wall. They told me that they sprayed and the cockroaches would come out as they die, so I went ahead and moved in. Well they must be dying daily a very very slow death because I've seen generations of them crawling around the apartment since I've lived here in spite of having them spray almost weekly (obviously doing no good whatsoever). It's so GROSS I have not even fully unpacked in all the months I've lived here and I refuse to cook and eat here but go to restaurants instead. There is a real mold problem around the shower too. I told management about this problem months ago but they've not even looked at it. My shower looks like it could cave in at any moment as the tiles buckle on the wall. Some of the shower tiles finally did break apart yesterday when the ceramic soap tray fell from the wall onto my toe, causing great pain and exposing a terrible mold problem in the walls. Maintenance STILL has not come to look at or repair the problem. I've been showering at my gym. I've complained to management about these and other problems ever since moving in yet they still have the nerve to suggest raising my rent as they come around wanting me to renew my lease! Yeah the rent is cheap for the most part but it's not cheap enough to endure this. I'll have to spend money to fumigate all my belongings for a couple of days as I leave the stuff in a moving van when I move from this bug/mold paradise.
