I have lived here for some time, I have hadthe same problems the other reviewers have stated. The property has changed hands many times, and the tennants they allow in is hard to understand. 50% of the apartments are empty, and up keep is shotty at best. recently the rent went from 319.00 to 384.00, and if I had new carpet in the apartment, the landlord didnt know, was a extra 20.00. I never have had to pay for carpet before, and it is the same that has been here for over 7 years, cheap, old and nasty. I work, hangout at the YMCA, and shop all close by, and dont have the time to move, but will be shortly, jsut to lazy, but for 384.00, you can find a nicer place that this. Good Luck
