This apartment complex was the worst place I have ever lived. The staff are unresponsive and unhelpful. For example when I moved they lost my 30 day notice and tryed to charge me extra fees for no notice. Lucky for me I work in a bank and I copy and notarize everything just out of habit, They dropped that once they knew they had no basis for it but what about people who are not so careful with the notice they give. The complex changed manager so many times I couldn't even keep up with who the manager was. The pools were always dirty. The dryers tore holes in my clothes because of bent sticking out metal inside. There were not enough washers or dryers for the amount of tenants. I had water leaks. I could hear other tenants fighting and playing loud music everynight and I never saw any security. I did not feel at all safe. I could go on but I will just say I recommend this place to no one.
