When I was looking for a new apartment to live in I was told to check out these apartments. They looked decent, gated community with on-site security and laundry rooms. Prices weren't terrible and they were running some nice specials. But dont let that fool you. In the past few months I lived here alone they have changed managers several times. The gates a broken, stuck open, and they keep making excuses as to why they cant get them fixed. Their "security" is virtually non-existent and alot of the people that live here are hard to deal with. There been ALOT of cars and apartments broken into and it not uncommon to see the cops getting called out here. Im gone as soon as I can find another place cause I just dont feel safe anymore.

I believe every word you said, therefore I will keep looking. I'll tell ya, it's the same old story here in Tulsa. Most of it has to do with profit hungry LLC's that gobble these properties up to cash in on the immigrant invasion and for guaranteed government subsidies, but that's why the decay has much to do with the trash they're catering to.
