I lived in these Apartments for 2 1/2 years and everytime it rained it leaked in my carpet and then under my carpet was molded and my walls was turning Orange from the water stains and I keep calling the office and they told me that someone would be out there to fix it well no one came and then I called the Health Department and told them and the next day someone just came out and spray painted the walls not even looking at the carpet. Then in my bathroom in the bathtub the tile was all moled and it took them like 5 months to go look at it and then when they did all they did was take the tile out and then put some new sheetrock back in there and then just put some plastic over the sheetrock not even putting any tile up and just let me get moled like that again so when I moved I left it like that..
