THERE IS NO SECURITY AT CANYON CREEK. THE MANAGEMENT WILL TELL YOU A DIFFERENT STORY EVERY TIME ABOUT WHEN SECURITY IS ON DUTY. WE HAVE LIVED THERE FOUR MONTHS AND SOMEONE HAS TRIED TO BREAK INTO OUR APT TWO TIMES. BOTH TIME, NO SECURITY. WE HAVE COME HOME AND THERE WAS A SMELL OF CIGAR SMOKE IN THE APT. YET, WE DO NOT SMOKE

Never rely on anyone for your own security. We victimize ourselves just by renting living space on commercial properties that operate on we-cater-to-scum policies, but you can start by installing new locks. That's the first thing you should do. Don't tell management either. Just do it. Then get window and door reinforcements to prevent surprise invasions when you're at home. Check the home security section at Home Depot for everything you might need. Believe me, for an apartment dweller with who-knows-what could be living next door, a little money goes a long way. And remember, happiness is a warm gun.

I feal the same way you do!!! I am scared and Horified of my Neighbors and who lives around me!! I just wish that it would burn down and take me with it!!!
