These apartments suck!!!!!My toilet was once broken for 32 days, after many phone calls to the office with complaints about the toilet day after day, there was nothing put promises to fix it and excuses why they hadn't fixed it. I finally had to call the office manager at Bristol Park to get someone to fix it. They either don't fix anything or take an extemely long time to fix things. My dishwasher is broken and has been for a month. When I moved out there Capital Assets was the owner and they were okay but now the apartments appearance is horrible. There is NO security, the security gates are always open and have never worked the entire time I stayed out there. The rent is cheap but thats the only good thing I have to say. The office employees change almost every week, there is no consistency!! There is a huge cockroach problem, I mean they are everywhere and not small cockroaches there big. They used to do monthly spraying for bugs but they haven't since they changed to private owners. The apartments have really gone down hill since they have been under private onwership. The only landscaping and nice appearance is at the front office and the show apartment because they want you to think they keep the upkeep but they don't. I have reported them to the health department for both of there pools, neither one of the pools have chlorine to kill germs, the pool by the office has a water hose consistently going to keep the pool full and yes I checked the pool with a chemical test kit. There are so may fences down around the apartments you can walk straight to the Lewiston apartments next door, again NO security!!! The apartments are not safe and there have been many burglaries reported in the last six months. I no longer live in the apartments and would have never moved out there If I knew what I know now

I also just moved into Canyon Creek. Whoever wrote this is telling the truth about it all. They are trash. The only upside is the rent. I guess you get what you pay for!

I believe every word. Section 8 properties are like that, and it seems more and more landowners here in Tulsa are catering to them
