I know a lot of you that live here are constantly pissed because the office wont give you the number to the corporate office in OKC. Well, I've one better for you. I'll give you that number plus the cell phone number to the owner, Lou McGinnis!! So nest time he hasnt paid the electric bills and water and they get shut off, you can call him and let him know what you think about it!!! and.....Your Welcome!!!

That was a good one i called him...lol... yes these apt suck yes yes they do i have been there since march and i moved in without a frig and then they brought me one and it didnt work and they never replaced my food and they said they would and i have three kids...umm let me see it rained on may the 7th and mt carpet got wet and called and called and called and nothing then finally at the begining of july i got someone to come clean the carpet and they cleaned all the water up and thought that they fixed the leak but didnt there is mold all in my living room on wall and in one of the bathrooms...nothing i was told i could get out of my lease then i was told i could mind u i have three kids (babies) not good for them but do they care HELL NO!!!! callin the owner does do any good he is old and dont care about anything but his money...and then not only that they never put anything in writing cause they know that there apts are shity and dont want to lose out on money... the plumbing is really bad and the pipes make loud noises from other apts. my car got broke into and my stero was stolen no security...and no one seen anything of course.. SO MY ADVICE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LIVE THINK ABOUT IT PLEASE CAUSE U WILL REGRET IT I PROMISE!!!!!

SEE? It just goes to show you what an absolute scam UNMETERED water charges are. Your extortion payment doesn't go to the source. It goes right into the pockets of the PROPERTY OWNER.

I once worked for the slum lord Lou. His checks for the Home depot bounced as well as a few employees paychecks. Overall Lou sux balls!!!
