This place is a piece of work! I have been here for a little over a month and all the new employees can do is lie to you and try to start someting with you. I moved in and both bathrooms were dirty and the tile had big dents in it. The air filter was so cloged that the air had me stuffed up with in days. They told us on our side of the parking lot they were going to seal it on 8-19-08 then on the 21st they did it and towed my neighbors car.The Manager thinks she is hot stuff and talks down to the people who complains. The pools are always dirty and there are borded up windows and crapy air units.save your money get a case apt. They take care of you.

I agree 100%. The Manager says she is Navy stuff or her husband is and that gives her the right to be a -----, to put it plain.I have pictures of open electrical boxes, boarded up windows, they have defied an order closing the pools by the State Health Dept and keep them open. Everyone needs to contact the city saftey inspectors, as well as the Mayors action line. It is not over yet as the fat lady has not sang yet.

I believe every word, except that Case staffers are every bit as destestably useless and arrogant. I'm just surprised there hasn't been any drive by office shootings, but mark my words ... eventually there WILL be.
