I've been here for 4 years never missed a payment always pay early and i've been told serval times i missed a payment lucky i have keep ever receipt since i first moved in not kidding i advise the next person who moves in to do the same, also i think they are ripping people off on the water bill my bill got up to $45.00 dollars for a one bed room apt and one bath a house bill is not even this high. when i first moved in there was no water bill they also say that it's say that its the square footage my apt is only 900sq foot if that.bad mainenance man.no security at all no parking when you need it they cut youre water off with out notice sometimes its horrible..capitol asset was so much better than these people... i truly want to know how they are getting away with this water bill thing
