My sister has lived in these apartments for less than 3 months and they have made 4 huge mistakes. First the day we moved her in they couldn't find a 2 bedroom, instead there was a 1 bedroom. Someone in the office blamed someone else for the mistake. Said they weren't the one that handled it so that's why it wasn't done. They held us off all that day until they found a 2 bedroom. Immediately the Air Conditioner was not cool as the guys were moving her in. We assumed it was from the door being open all day and they apt not occupied. Lets just say 2 weeks of 80 to 90 degree temp with high humidity later we had to write a nasty letter notarized about that as an issue. They finally fixed it. Finally and most recently I wrote a check well before it was past due. My sister was given a receipt. Over 10 days later she gets a nasty note on the door explaining how she has been charged $50 more because her rent is past due. After producing the receipt and proof that it was paid on time we were still charged. Well NASTY JOY said she has a check on her desk with no apt # and a name she doesn't recognize, so as far as she is concerned my sisters rent wasn't paid. We asked how is that our fault, she said the guy that took the check is new and 'How was he supposed to know' Yes, she actually said that. No sympathy to our situation and loss of $50 at ALL. She was rude and nasty and kept blaming my sister for the problem. She was so nasty it was pitiful and I'm absolutely positive this business will not prosper. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

thats funny. now when i pay my rent, i put my apartment number on it so they know where to post it. did you foret to put your number on yours retard? now you wanna talk crap about someone when it was your bust to begin with? good call. i just moved in a few months ago and i think the staff is great. The couple of work orders i've put in, were fixed within a couple of days, and the office peeps are always tryin to help.

I agree with you, Joy is rather terrible, now I can't say that she was nasty to me since she was not able to ever return a phone call. And in response to the person above, whenever the "peeps" give you a receipt they usually ask what apartment for and apply it to that unit. But maybe you're right, maybe this person that wrote the check is a "retard" since what I mentioned above would be logical thinking and canyon creek possesses none of that.
