I too have lived there and I am very disgusted with the performance of the "NEW" management beginning with the 2nd Day I was moved in my car was towed cause it was said to have a flat tire so they towed it I asked them about it when I got home and I was round about told to F... off that was the impression I was given. So I lost a perfectly good car and was told to suck it up. So a lost car later, I watched and looked all around the complex to see no less than 4 disabled non-moving cars one a Acura legend that had four flats and has not been moved for god knows how long with a tag expired 4 months and it is still there. Another guy in a Tahoe was parked straddling the parking lines and all four of his tires were slashed so it sat there for 1 week and nothing was said I mentioned allot of these to the "NEW"" Management and again I was told the rules were changing so "I m sorry it got towed just pay to get it out" ok this is after a week waiting for Corporate to contact me regarding the matter so with the towing fees and the impound fees it was up to $400 wow same as my rent so I told them if I get my car back myself I will not pay rent for a month and I was told if so I will be evicted so effed if I do and effed if I don t I lost either way. Now 8 months into a 9-month lease I have a family emergency meaning I have to return to stay in Colorado so my girlfriend moved me out and cleaned the apt. I told them my deal and again they told me that I will pay Octobers rent and another months to give them a 30 day WRITTEN PAID Notice to vacate even tough my lease is up. A load of BS. I highly DO NOT recommend living there for ANY reason. Mario Salcido from 2008 APT C

P.S. when I applied I applied for a 1-bed room DOWN Stairs but alas the day I was scheduled to move in they told me that my apt was ready. I brought my stuff and when I went with the key to move in guess what yea 2008 Apt C is UP stairs what do you know and a 1 bed downstairs will not be available for another 2 weeks I should ve known then but I m apparently a Dumbass yea I m glad to leave. Not to mention only a few things were actually fixed on the apt AFTER I moved in. my shower never worked properly I could not adjust the hot water it was HOTTTTT or COLLLLLDDD all they did to fix it is put a new knob that s all. And I had Squirrels in my roof scurrying about all day and night but again never fixed it needs to be shut down!!!!!!

Well Mario ... I would never make excuses for a commercial dump like Canyon Creep, but after laboring through your rant, I suspect that trouble follows wherever you go.
