Excellent place to live -staff always professional, extremely helpful, and accomodating.
Maintenance always courteous, helpful and prompt.
Ample parking.
Changed since CASE bought out.
Rent raised too high, especially for long term residents.
Too many illegals in one apt (16 in a 2 bdrm apt).
Water bills out of sight - unfair billing system.
Single tenant pays as much as apt with multiple tenants forementioned.
It is noisy now.
The grounds always have a lot of trash on them.
No longer a beautiful community.

Well maybe you should move to another property(that has illegals too) and pay cheaper rent and I bet the staff or maintenance won't be as good as you said.
