When I first got here things were pretty good for the price.
But it has gone down hill every year.
The walls are so thin when our neighbors smoke, cigarette smoke comes through the floor and every pipe its disgusting.
We have had huge problems with neighbors blaring music and physically fighting several times and the management has done nothing, but give them a minor warning.
In addition, the walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors every conversation and sexual act.
It is extremely unsafe and we have had tons of crime, we are out of here as soon as the lease is up.

Have you thought about talking to the manager? I had a similar problem with my neighbors and she eventually kicked them out.
