I should have know from the start that this was a crappy complex when we moved in and none of the carpets had be cleaned, the AC was broken during a very hot summer and the main office kept screwing up our move in date. After a few shoots at fixing the AC unit and a very slow process cleaning of the apartment(we actually did everything but the carpet)things started to seem maybe like it wasn't so bad. Then all the unreasonably loud noice started. The neighbour behind us we could hear having sex at night and then listened to their music while they got ready in the morning. The Neighbours upstairs sound like a bunch of elephants stomping around and dragging furniture around the apartment, we get the pleasure of hearing their alarm clock for over and hour every morning, and they seem to feel the need to slam every door they open. Plus all the other people who don't seem to see a problem with honking car horns and blasting their steroes at midnight and then proceed to yell at each other as they head in. I also had the pleasure of watching the Tulsa police department kick someone out for disturbing the peace and having a drunken fight with their girlfriend in the middle of the night. But don't worry about trying to call in a noise complaint or having anything done, b/c no matter how many times you do they don't do anything and will actually ask you to pay a $200 aplication fee and move to another loud apartment. Plus if it ever rains don't expect to have the water drain off anytime soon. It just builds up on the sidewalk coming into the complex and stays there for days after and you can expect to be soaking from the moment you step into the parking lot from all the built up water. And keep a towel by the front door to soak up any that gets in your place when it rains hard. But if you do move in and find out the hard way, you can just join all the other people that have lived here and just move up the street to the summerset at union. All in all we have had more trouble dealing with the front office and been treated like crap by them, good thing its a great time to buy a home b/c we're out of this $#!* box.

WOW-maybe you should buy a house cause apartment living isn't for you. Maybe in your house you can deal with your noisy neighbors on your own instead of relying on someone else. Apartment living is not for everyone!

Its not being in an apartment that is the problem Anonymous, its the management of Case properties. If they treated residents not so poorly apartment living would be ok. This property I know the managment is hateful. There own maintenance guy walked of the job cuase Misty is such a B****. The majority of the residents here are complaining about this property. You must work for them....B****

Apartment life sometimes isn't a choice but a neccesity. It can't be an excuse to be rude and treat it like a college dorm! You're right, it's Case & Associates! The property caters to irresponsible young people.
