Do NOT even think about moving here!! I have lived here for six months and problems started from the beginning! We were told we would have new carpet put in, when we saw the apartment we questioned weather the carpet was new becasue of the way it looked, Kassidy insisted it was new.

Once we got settled in, and the carpet was dry from the "cleaning" done we found dog stains all over the carpet.

We complained and the lady in the office argued with me it was impossible for dog stains to be on the carpet because the people before us "did not have a dog." (If I don't own a dog and the people before me didn't have a dog how did urine get on my "new" carpet'')) We have had a major MOLD problem causing our apartment to SMELL horrible!! We were also told we would have new appliances within 6 months, well it's been 6 months and we have still not recieved those new aplliances.

Our microwave is broke and has been for a month now, they said they would replace this but still have not.

We have also had a problem with our lock.

Maintance has been out 3 times to fix it and it always breaks!! And don't let the location fool you! A HOMELESS person came to our door on a Sunday night around 9 PM stating herself as a stranger and posing to be with Cox Communication trying to win a contest!! This is the MOST horrible place I have EVER lived!! My suggesstion to you, find somewhere else, this place is HORRIBLE!!
