When I first moved in, everything was hmmm... just alright. Everytime we turn on the water in both bathrooms, it smells like cat pee and we've been told that there is nothing that can be done. Who likes to smell cat pee everyday''' The walls are paper thin, I can even hear the lightest of footsteps outside. The maintenance crew does a pretty good job, I convince myself they are busy busy and can't come replace the microwave that was suppose to be fixed or replaced over six months ago. The people below me fight and argue all the time, the people who live next door play loud music and party hard all the time. The kitchen is horrid, it's definitely cheaply put together. There are some crazies that live here, there was a guy who chased out some people with a chainsaw, no lie. creepy. Everyone that lives here lets their kids run ammock, I've never heard so many curse words from an 8 yr old. I am glad to say that the carpet was brand new when we moved in, thank heavens. All the doors are hollow, so if you move here be prepared to be annoyed. The staff seems to be pretty good. So far they are polite. Our door is having problems, I'm actually a bit afraid, it wobbles and you have to slam it to get it shut so you can lock it. I'm a bit of a paranoid individual so stuff like that scares me, you never know when a criminal might pick you. Also, 689/mo' that's a bit much considering how cheaply made these apartments are.
