per my previous comment below -this apartment complex WAS the greatest place ever.

however, since the management staff has changed not once not twice but 5 TIMES! in two years!! it has became a huge issue with misinformation or who does this by this proceedure or who does that.

and that person is no longer with the company cause they gave you information of this sort.COME ON! I will be leaving Cedar glade due to the lack of professionalism and misinformation provided by the office staff.

I can't stand going into the office i cant stand walking by the office or to even greet most of the matienience staff anymore cause they are so judgmental and just plain smartellics.

I chose to do business with a establishment based mostly off of customer service and at first this place was where it is at! but ive heard from previous managers that the staff at cedar glade find us residents to be too needy and complain too much and that we come into the office WAY too much.

excuse me for saying THIS IS A CLUBHOUSE! - The constant greeting of the office of pure fakeness gets old FAST unless you are a young 20 year old male that is appealing to them THEN you get EXTRAORDINARY customer service.

i find that to be ridiculous.

It really is a shame that it has came to this.

i love my apartment and now due to the highly unprofessional manner that the office staff has came a custom to im leaving and will NEVER look back or recommend this place to anyone.

This is a classic case fo a company not having it together and apparantly having too much unatural attrition.
