I moved into Chardonnay after my divorce. Before I moved in I asked the apartment to be cleaned again since it still smelled like wet dog. The parking was a joke, I rarely got anywhere near my aparment. I could hear my upstairs neighbors making intimate noise at all hours of the day. I had to have my AC repaired three times and when the snow hit, it leaked from the upstairs and caused water damage to my cabinets and bar area and it was never repaired. I had to call security once because of a drunk neighbor and the cops showed up before the security patrol car did. The rock enclosure on my "patio" was falling apart...all in all, the whole experience was very sub par. They even tried charging me $50 for mini blinds and drip pans, then said it was cleaning fee, and are now saying it's for the mini blinds only. I'm still fighting them on it because the charges are a joke. I think they routinely claim damages to recover money they don't charge up front.
