It's like living in "Joe's Apartment". The Roaches seem to grow with each dose of poison. The apartment condition is poor, pretty gross actually. Parking lots are trashed, people roaming around at all hours and dumpsters constantly full. Don't make the same mistake I did. The sign says "new management, new attitude", what a joke, should read "Largest Roach Population in Tulsa"

New management indeed. That garbage dump has changed greasy hands at least eight times that I know of since Case & Associates sold the sloperty in 2005, but hey, the illegal immigrants have to live somewhere!
