These are the worst apartments. Nothing gets done. I have had mold growing in my closet since I first moved in, and that was 11 months ago. I have gone to the office time after time to get this taken care of and I have yet to see it taken care of. They have come down a couple of times and tried to cover it up. If you like being talked to like you are an idiot then you will love the management here. Whoever gave ---------- that management position must have been on crack. ---------- is the biggest idiot I have ever encountered. She wears the dumbest looking outfits thinking and talking to people like she is so hot and so cool when really she is so stupid. I think they just hire people off of the street to do maintenance, these guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Its ridiculous. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS! At one time, it was a wonderful property. We had a maintenance team of four great guys topped by a management that was there to serve. It was safe, clean and beautifully landscaped. That may seem hard to believe now, but all of a sudden, most of the trees were cut down, the eight foot fence went up, Section 8 moved in, and it would change hands ten times within the next 5 years. The end result is exactly what you're dealing with ... a rundown, mismanaged, vermin-infested rat hole. Next time, if the clucks in the office fail to respond to your legitimate grievances, go over their vacant heads and contact the corporate office directly. Remember, these companies employ expendable clowns like ---------- to take all the abuse, so the last thing they want to do is to resolve conflicts they pay an on site staff to deal with. Being forced into reaction usually makes the head office angry enough to replace managers. Get it?
