I was threatened with a gun From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived here for about a year and a half. It was the worst rental experience of my life. My upstairs neighbor was a paranoid veteran who carried a gun to work. he heard people talking about him and complained to the office, tried to talk to him and out came the gun. management totally ignored the fact because he had been there longer. never rent from case and assoc. if you value your life, I wont again
