BEWARE From: careann25 Date posted: 5/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   When we moved in the aparment was not completely cleaned. The maintenance people had to come put up wallpaper and finish painting which took three months. Then the a/c broke and the chemical that they sprayed to unfreeze the line is not supposed to be used except for in well ventilated areas. My son who was 6 at the time came down with pneumonia because of this. The apartments were not willing to listen or care even though we had a note from the dr saying that was what caused him to get so sick. Office staff never listens to you. Maintenance takes forever and then when they do finally come they half way do the job. The washrooms are always filthy and half the machines don't work. Parking is a nightmare and there is never anywhere to park. There are always parties and gunshots and cops. Not many nights went by without a visit from the Tulsa Polica Department. The pools are okay but not in the best shape. Oh yeah and let's not forget the horrible prices that they charge you when you move out. They are trying to get $1800 from us for cleaning fees. We paid our deposit as well as cleaned everything before we left. Don't know what maid service they are using but beware.
