Needs New Management From: lady31@gmail.com Date posted: 8/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The apartments aren't that bad inside, but parking is a nightmare, management is horrible (never listen to anyone), security is all but a joke, and saw many fights outside our bedroom window. When we moved we cleaned the apartment like NEW. A month later I tried to get the security deposit back and the woman manager told me we hadn't given her a 30 day notice in writing and so NOT ONLY would we not get out deposit back but that we owed for another months rent! I spoke with this woman (the manager) at least three times a week (was suppose to be friends) and had told her for two months we were moving and she always said 'no problem'. Once we moved, her 'friendly' attitude changed...we got NOTHING. BTW the manager and asst. manager there...they NEVER listened or acted upon any complaints we had. One of the worst places I've lived.
