Leaks, leaks, leaks

For the price these apartments seem like a great deal. We moved from out of state and got to the apt. and found they had forgotten to have the carpets cleaned so they had them done the day we were to move in. Then after a week of living there the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom started leaking. They tore up the floor in the upstairs bathroom and found the floor was rotting. We moved into another apt. and a few months later the ceiling started leaking in that apartment.
